"Mushaf Manabi Alnoor" (Al-Quran Al-Kareem) is a Mushaf app that runs entirely on your device, with no accounts, no sign-in, no ads and no tracking or analytics tools.

What data does the app collect?

The app collects no personal data and sends no information about you to any server or third party.

Location

The app asks for (coarse) location permission for one purpose only: detecting your city automatically to calculate prayer times and the Qibla direction. Both are computed astronomically on the device. Your location is stored only inside the app settings on your device and is never transmitted. You can deny the permission or turn off automatic detection in Settings and choose a city manually.

Internet

The Quran text, tafsir, translations and all content are bundled inside the app and work offline. The only use of the internet is downloading recitation audio files or optional tafsir packs when you request them; the files are stored on your device and no personal identifier is sent with these requests. An "offline only" switch in Settings blocks all network access.

Data stored on your device

Settings, reading position, bookmarks and the khatmah plan are stored on your device only and are removed when the app is uninstalled.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from any user, child or adult.
